Ichijô Mikako was the wife of the final Tokugawa shogun, Tokugawa Yoshinobu.

A daughter of Imadegawa Kinhisa and sister of Imadegawa (Kikutei) Saneaya, she was adopted by Ichijô Tadaka, whose biological daughter would later marry the Meiji Emperor and become known as Empress Shôken. Mikako herself was betrothed in 1853 to Tokugawa Yoshinobu, head of the Hitotsubashi family, prior to circumstances turning to make him the successor to the position of Shogun. They married on 1855/12/3.
