Takatsukasa Sukehira was a court noble (kuge) who served as Imperial Regent (Kanpaku) from 1787 until 1791.

One of his daughters, Takatsukasa Tomiko, married Imperial Prince Arisugawa Orihito in 1778. His other daughter, Takatsukasa Masako, married Imperial Prince Fushimi-no-miya Kuniyori in 1787.
