Kôdai-ji is a Rinzai Zen Buddhist temple located in Kyoto's Higashiyama ward. Founded by Kôdai-in, also known as Nene, the widow of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, the temple is known for being the site of the graves of Hideyoshi and Nene. Kamei Korenori is also buried there.

The chashitsu (tea rooms) Kasa-tei and Shigure-tei extant at the temple today were moved there from Fushimi castle.

In 1867, the temple was used as the headquarters of the Goryô Eji.
