Mizuno Tadayuki was lord of Okazaki castle. He was named wakadoshiyori on [[1711]/12/23, becoming one of the rôjû six years later, on 1717/9/27. He also served as Kyoto shoshidai, from 1714/9/6 until becoming rôjû.
