The Amida Buddha statue at the Byôdôin in the Valley of the Temples, O'ahu, Hawai'i.
A replica of the famous statue by Jôchô located in the original Byôdô-in in Uji, this sculpture, made in 1968, is said to have been the largest wooden Buddha to be produced in 900 years. (A wooden Buddha created for Tôchô-ji in Fukuoka in 1988-1992 is larger.)
