The Pembroke was an American merchant vessel which was fired upon by Chôshû domain warships in 1863.

The Pembroke was anchored at Tanoura (near the Straits of Shimonoseki) when, on 1863/5/10, the Chôshû domain warships Kôshin-maru and Kigai-maru fired upon it. The Pembroke fled into the Bungo Channel.
