Kuki Kiyotaka was a Bakumatsu period lord of Sanda han. He succeeded his father, Kuki Takanori, to become lord of Sanda on 1854/1/20 when Takanori retired due to illness. He died five years later, on 1859/8/19, and was succeeded by an adopted heir, Kuki Takayoshi (son of Kuki Takahiro, lord of Ayabe han).
