Mô Seishin was a [[scholar-aristocracy of Ryukyu|Ryukyuan scholar-bureaucrat]] who served as the Vice Envoy (''fukushi'') on the [[1842]] [[Ryukyuan embassy to Edo]].

He was named to the 1842 mission while in [[Kagoshima]] on [[1840]]/9/10.
