Oroku Ryôwa, also known by his Chinese-style name Ba Ôshô, was a Ryukyuan scholar-official. He served as a member of the Sanshikan from 1765 to 1818.

Ryôwa traveled to Edo as Deputy Envoy (fukushi) of the 1806 mission to Edo. He also served for a time as Omono bugyô (O: Umun bujô, Magistrate of the Royal Storehouses).
