Ogawa Haritsu was an illustrator and lacquerware designer of the late 17th to mid-18th centuries. His works include Chichi no on, a 1730 book he illustrated alongside Hanabusa Ippô in memory of kabuki actor Ichikawa Danjûrô I.
Haritsu's students included Kanô Jukkyoku, who also became a notable inro designer.
