  • Japanese: 樺山家 (Kabayama ke)

The Kabayama clan was a prominent retainer family under the Shimazu clan of Satsuma han.

The clan claimed descent from the fifth son of Shimazu Tadamune, and took its name from Mimata-in Kabayama, where they first held territory.

Remains of Kabayama castle, believed to be associated with the family, can still be found in Yoneyama Park in Mimata-chô, Miyazaki prefecture.

Members of the clan included Kabayama Hisataka and Kabayama Sukenori.
