- 1622/4/17 Tokugawa Hidetada visits Nikkô.
- 1622/8/5 55 Christians executed in Hizen.
- 1622/8/16 Bakufu confiscates Yamagata han in Dewa province from Mogami Yoshitoshi.
- 1622/10/1 Bakufu confiscates Utsunomiya han territory from Honda Masazumi. Masazumi is expelled to Dewa.
