Matsuzakaya Co., Ltd. is a major Japanese department store chain.

The company was founded in [[Nagoya]] in [[1611]], and opened its first [[Kyoto]] store in [[1745]]. In [[1910]], the company was officially incorporated as a stock corporation (''kabushiki gaisha''), under the name Itô Dry-Goods Co., Ltd. (''Itô gôfukuten''). The company took its current name in 1925.

The corporate headquarters is located in the Sakae neighborhood of Nagoya. It is today a subsidiary of the Japanese holding company J. Front Retailing. The flagship store in Nagoya has the largest sales floor in Japan.
