Yamanouchi Teiun

Yamanouchi Teiun was the 4th governor of Kagoshima prefecture, serving in that position from September 1890 until November 1892. He oversaw a considerable expansion of the prefecture's road networks, begun under his predecessor, Watanabe Chiaki.
