Gan Kôki, also known as Kyan [[Ryukyuan court ranks|chikudun]], was a Ryukyuan official and physician.
While in [[Kagoshima]] studying medicine alongside [[Sho Tatsudo|Shô Tatsudô]] (Tôma chikudun) in [[1782]] or [[1783]], he met with [[Tachibana Nankei]]; their exchanges are documented in Nankei's travelogue ''[[Saiyuki (Nankei)|Saiyûki]]''.
