Mugai Ryu

• Founder: Tsuji Gattan 辻月丹

Tsuji Gattan learned Yamaguchi Ryu from Yamaguchi Bokushinsai. He opened dojo in Edo when he was 26.

Mugai Ryu was popular among Daimyo and Bakufu Samurai, there were more than 1000 pupils in those days.
