Song Di

• Died: c. 1080
• Chinese: 宋 迪 (Sòng Dí)

Song Di was a Song Dynasty scholar-official and painter, credited with establishing a particular set of themes or motifs which later became the singular standard set of "Eight Views of the Xiao and Xiang Rivers," an extremely popular and long-standing theme for painters and poets throughout East Asia.

Sadly, none of Song Di's paintings are known to survive.
