- Settsu shugo Hosokawa Katsumoto complains to the Muromachi shogunate of overdue payments amounting to four or five thousand kan.
- Ryukyuan ships arrive at Hyôgo no tsu to trade.
- A tally trade mission, consisting of nine ships, and co-sponsored by Tenryû-ji, Ise Hôrakusha, the Kyushu Tandai, Yamato Tônomine, and the Ôtomo and Ôuchi clans, departs for China.
