Shiga Kinpachiro

Shiga Kinpachirô was a Tokugawa shogunate official who served as okuyuhitsu (private secretary), and then as okuyuhitsu kumigashira (head of the private secretaries) beginning in 1856. He committed suicide on 1858/7/1.
