Tokugawa Yoshiyori was a head of the Tayasu branch family of the Tokugawa clan.

The fifth son of Tokugawa Narimasa, he succeeded his father to become the 8th head of the Tayasu family in 1839. In 1858, he was promoted from Gonnochûnagon, Junior Third Rank, to Gonnodainagon, Junior Second Rank.[1]
