Matsudaira Naochika was a Bakumatsu era lord of Itoigawa han. The seventh son of Matsudaira Naritsugu and younger brother to lord of Akashi han Matsudaira Yoshinori, he became lord of Itoigawa in 1858 after the previous lord of Itoigawa, Matsudaira Naokiyo, was made lord of Fukui han, replacing Matsudaira Shungaku, who was forced into retirement as part of the Ansei Purge.
