Naitô Masahiro was a 19th century lord of Koromo han in Mikawa province who also served the Tokugawa shogunate as sôshaban.

A son of Ii Naonaka, lord of Hikone han, he was adopted into the Naitô family of Koromo domain, and became lord of that domain (and gained the title of Tanba-no-kami) in 1830. Appointed sôshaban in 1842, he retained that position until his death in 1851.
