Suetsugu Kozen was a notable red seal ships merchant active in the early 17th century.

Heir to a prominent Hakata merchant family, Suetsugu served as a local magistrate in Nagasaki, while also undertaking trading trips to Tonkin, Quang Nam, Siam, Luzon, and Taiwan. His trading activities were supported by investments from as many as sixteen Nagasaki families.
