Shitomi Kangetsu was an Edo period ukiyo-e painter, known for his landscapes, portraits, and shunga paintings. He was a student of Tsukioka Settei, and the father of ukiyo-e artist Shitomi Kangyû. His birth name was Yanagiwara Norimoto; Shitomi Kangetsu was an art-name.

Little is known about his life, except that Kangetsu worked with Osaka-based publisher Chikusa-ya, and that he held the Buddhist rank of hôkyô.
