- Base: Niwase jin'ya
- Lords: Itakura clan
Niwase han was a small domain within Bitchû province, based at a jin'ya erected within the ruins of the ni-no-maru of Niwase castle, in what is today Okayama City. For the majority of the Edo period, its lords were of the Itakura clan.
The domain's territory included a series of villages along the San'yôdô, running from Odahorikoshi village in the east, to Higashi-Minari village in the west.
