Ichikawa Ebijûrô I was an Edo period kabuki actor, the disciple of Ichikawa Danzô IV.

He made his debut in Osaka as Ichikawa Ichizô I during the Kansei era (1789-1801); he began appearing onstage in Edo in 1809, became a disciple of Ichikawa Danjûrô VII, and took the name Ebijûrô.

He specialized in villain roles, stage combat, and quick-changes.
