Matsura Terasu was the second-to-last lord of Hirado han. He was a son of Matsura Hiromu, and grandson of Matsura Seizan.

He married a daughter of the Aoyama clan, lords of Sasayama han.[1]

He died on 1858/9/10 and was succeeded by his adopted son Matsura Akira.[2]
