Matsudaira Naoyoshi was a Bakumatsu period lord of Kawagoe han. He was a younger brother of Tokugawa Yoshiatsu, lord of Mito han, and was adopted by Matsudaira Tsunenori, lord of Kawagoe, succeeding Tsunenori upon his retirement in 1854.

In 1855, he married Kohime, a daughter of Nabeshima Narimasa, lord of Saga han.[1]
