- 1586/1 or /2 (March) Hideyoshi visits the imperial palace, displaying his golden tearoom to the emperor.
- 1586/3 or /4 (May) Hideyoshi entertains Ôtomo Sôrin at Osaka castle.
- 1586/12/4 Tokugawa Ieyasu moves to Sunpu castle from Hamamatsu castle.
