The ''Tôkaidô meisho zue'' is a six-volume set of illustrated books, published in [[Kyoto]] in [[1797]], depicting famous sites along the [[Tokaido|Tôkaidô]] highway from Kyoto to [[Edo]]. It was edited or compiled by [[Akisato Rito|Akisato Ritô]]; the illustrator is unclear, but is believed to have been perhaps [[Kitao Masayoshi]] or [[Takehara Shunsensai]].
