Shôgo-in is a Buddhist temple in [[Kyoto]]. Following a fire at the [[Kyoto Imperial Palace]] on [[1854]]/4/6, the temple very briefly became the temporary imperial residence, until the emperor relocated to the [[Katsura Imperial Villa]] on 4/15.
