The ''Tokugawa seiseiroku'', or "Record of the Prosperous Age[s] of the Tokugawa," was compiled around [[1890]] - the 300th anniversary of the [[Tokugawa clan]] taking [[Edo castle]] as its base - by Tokugawa ''[[hatamoto]]'' [[Ichioka Masakazu]].
