The Tayasu Tokugawa clan was one of the three Gosankyô clans related to the Tokugawa shoguns. Initially headed by Tokugawa Munetake, a son of Shogun Tokugawa Yoshimune, they maintained a mansion inside the Tayasu-mon gate of Edo castle.

- Tokugawa Iesato (son of Yoshiyori)
- Tokugawa Yoshiyori (returned to being head of the house)
