Niiro Hisaaki was an early Edo period Shimazu clan karô.

He served as karô based in Edo (Edo-zume karô) for a time in the 1640s, and played a role in the planning of the 1644 Ryukyuan embassy to Edo.

In 1654, he then became the first to be appointed to the position of Ryûkyû no kata, responsible for overseeing matters pertaining to the Shimazu relationship with the Ryukyu Kingdom.
