Hosokawa Narimori was a [[Bakumatsu]] era lord of [[Kumamoto han]]. A son of [[Hosokawa Tatsuyuki]], he became the adopted son of [[Hosokawa Naritatsu]], and succeeded Naritatsu to becoming the 12th [[Edo period]] head of the [[Hosokawa clan]].
His own sons included [[Hosokawa Yoshikuni]], who succeeded him as lord of Kumamoto, and [[Hosokawa Morihisa]], who succeeded Yoshikuni in turn. Another of his sons was adopted by [[Tsugaru Yukitsugu]], lord of [[Hirosaki han]], and came to be known as [[Tsugaru Tsuguakira]].<ref> Ishin Shiryô Kôyô 維新史料綱要, vol 3 (1937), 137.</ref>
Following his death, Narimori was buried alongside his ancestors in a Hosokawa family cemetery at [[Koto-in|Kôtô-in]] in Kyoto.<ref>Plaques on-site at Kôtô-in, Kyoto.</ref>
