Ujikiyo was the eldest son of [[Ogasawara Haruyoshi]] and served the Imagawa, with control of [[Mabusezaka castle|Mabusezaka]] and [[Takatenjin castle|Takatenjin]] castles. When the [[Tokugawa clan|Tokugawa]] and Imagawa went to war after [[1568]], he sided with Tokugawa.
