Petrus Albertus van der Parra was a Governor-General of the [[Dutch East India Company]] in [[Batavia]] (modern-day Jakarta, Indonesia). He was known for his luxurious and pompous lifestyle, and for accusations of corruption and nepotism.
He died in [[1775]] at Waltervreden, an area within Batavia known today as Lapangan Banteng.
