Bun Yû was an [[Edo period]] painter. A student of [[Tani Buncho|Tani Bunchô]], she took the [[art-name]] Bun Yû; her regular name was Shiina Yoshiko. Bun Yû is known for her handscroll paintings of [[Ryukyuan embassies to Edo|Ryukyuan embassy]] processions, one of which is owned by the [[Tokyo National Museum]].
