Mô Bin ''peechin'' Seiryô was a [[Ryukyu Kingdom|Ryukyuan]] scholar-official who was named ''[[keezui bujo|keezui bujô]]'' (Lacquerware Magistrate) in [[1612]]. In that position, he oversaw a number of [[lacquerware]] artists, including specialists in lacquer, [[mother-of-pearl]], cabinetry, and so forth.
