The Ryûzôji of [[Hizen province]] may have been descended from [[Fujiwara Hidesato]]. They were retainers of the [[Shoni clan|Shôni]] family until [[Ryuzoji Takanobu|Ryûzôji Takanobu]] overthrew them in [[1553]].
