Okimori was the son of [[Naito Hiroharu|Naitô Hiroharu]]. He was a chief retainer of [[Ouchi Yoshioki|Ôuchi Yoshioki]] and [[Ouchi Yoshitaka|Yoshitaka]]. When [[Sue Harukata]] overthrew Yoshitaka, Okimori went along with the latter and died three years later.
