Matsuoka Nagatoki

• Death: 1644
• Distinction: Date retainer

Nagatoki was a vassal of the Date clan but became a ronin for a short time in the 1590's. He went to serve Matsudaira Tadateru of Echigo, and given an income of 500 koku. However, after the Matsudaira of Echigo were disgraced, Nagatoki once again returned to the Date clan and served diligently.
