Zheng Jing

Zheng Jing was the son of Zheng Chenggong, succeeding his father in 1662 as de facto ruler of Taiwan, leading local forces in resisting a Qing takeover of the island for some time.

At some point in the 1670s, he traveled to mainland China, where he fought under Wu Sangui in the Revolt of the Three Feudatories, attempting to resist Qing control over southern China.[1] The revolt was ultimately unsuccessful, however, and Zheng died in 1681.
