Petrus Albertus van der Parra

Petrus Albertus van der Parra was a Governor-General of the Dutch East India Company in Batavia (modern-day Jakarta, Indonesia). He was known for his luxurious and pompous lifestyle, and for accusations of corruption and nepotism.

He died in 1775 at Waltervreden, an area within Batavia known today as Lapangan Banteng.
