The ''Ôtsu kura bugyô'' was [[bugyo|magistrate]] for the granaries of the city of [[Otsu|Ôtsu]]. In the 1830s, the stipend was 350 ''[[koku]]''.
The ''nagayamon'' gate of the home of Suzuki Gonjûrô, who was ''Ôtsu kura bugyô'' as of 1836, still stands today along a major road just outside [[Hikone castle]].
