Torasada was the son of [[Takeda Nobumasa]] and was [[Takeda Shingen|Takeda Shingen's]] great-uncle. He served three generations of [[Takeda clan|Takeda]] and was finally killed in the [[Fourth Battle of Kawanakajima]]. He is sometimes referred to as Morozumi Masakiyo.
