Matsudaira Ietada

Ietada was related to Tokugawa Ieyasu and fought in many battles with him, including Anegawa (1570), Mikatagahara (1573) where he commanded part of the left wing, Nagashino (1575), and the Komaki Campaign (1584); in 1600 he was one of the defenders of Fushimi castle under Torii Mototada, and died when that place fell to Ishida Mitsunari's generals.
