Kunitomo was a [[lacquer]]ware-maker of the [[Kamakura period]].
In [[1315]], he created a new ''[[omikoshi]]'' for the [[Hiyoshi Shrine]] on [[Mt. Hiei]]. He appears alongside Kiyomitsu and twelve other lacquerware craftsmen in the ''Kinhira kôki''.
