Hozui-maru (1856)

The Hôzui-maru was a gunship constructed by Satsuma han alongside the Taigen-maru. Both were completed on 1856/3/10.

The Hôzui-maru was the larger of the two ships, at 20 ken in length, compared to the 24-ken Taigen-maru.
