In [[1831]], he edited or compiled a Ryukyuan legal text, the ''[[Shinshu karitsu|Shinshû karitsu]]''<!--新集科律-->, an addition to the earlier ''[[Ryukyu karitsu|Ryûkyû karitsu]]''.
